This cheesy vegan cashew sauce is super easy to make and its so yummy! All you need to make this sauce is these 6 ingredients and a high speed blender. We used our cheesy sauce in an enchilada casserole in place of store bought vegan cheese and it turned out wonderful. I even ate a few spoonfuls of this cheese with no regrets because it is made from some pretty healthy ingredients.
- 1 C raw cashews
- 3/4 C non-dairy milk
- 1/2 C nutritional yeast
- 3 TBS lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp of salt
Directions: Soak the cashews for about 2 hours, then drain. Add all of the ingredients and blend. So easy!
